Eric Olmedo

Sociologist
Eric is co-founder and director of Anthropotek lab. Trained in sociology and anthropology of work and organizations, his area of expertise are workforce development and capacity-building. He has led and conducted consultancy and applied research projects for international agencies and multinational corporations in Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Europe, and Africa.
His research focuses on power and relations in the workplace.
He holds a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Toulouse (France).

Shamsul is co-founder and senior advisor of Anthropotek lab. A Distinguished Professor at the National University of Malaysia, he is one of the most renowned social anthropologists in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Holder of a UNESCO Chair and Multi-award winner for his work on ethnic relations and social cohesion in the Asia-Pacific region, he is also Unity Advisor for the Ministry of National Unity in Malaysia. He holds a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology from Monash University (Malaysia).
Rozainee is a cognitive psychologist at the National University of Malaysia, where she runs her own Cognition Lab. She has devised and Patterned various cognition and learning styles and is highly active in both fundamental and applied research. She engages in consultancy for both the public and private sectors. She holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from Birmingham University (UK).

Fatimah Wati Halim is an Industrial and Organisational (I.O.) Psychologist at the National University of Malaysia. An accomplished scholar, her work is highly cited in the field of work psychology. She has developed and patterned many psychometrics tools and personality tests. Her expertise has been sought after both by Government agencies and the private sector. She holds a Ph.D. in I.O. Psychology from the National University of Malaysia (Malaysia).

Maria Kozhevnikov
Maria's research focuses on examining neural mechanisms of visual imagery. In particular, she examines how individual differences in visualization ability affect more complex activities, such as spatial navigation, learning, and problem-solving in mathematics, science, and art. She explores ways to train mental imagery skills and design three-dimensional immersive virtual environments that can accommodate individual differences and learning styles. She holds a Ph.D. in neuroscience from Technion (Israel) jointly with UC Santa Barbara (USA).

Linda Aïnouche
Linda wears a few intertwined hats. She has been working as a Communication Specialist in Public Information and Communication For Development for almost twenty years as a consultant and a volunteer for different International Organizations, NGOs, Think Tanks, the public and private sectors in several countries, including some in conflict and post-conflict (notably Cambodia, Colombia, Mali). Working to raise awareness of social cohesion, social relations, unity, and empathy, she has dedicated her career to human rights, sustainable development, and humanitarian response. She is also an Anthropologist, Project Manager, and Award-Winning Film Director, using documentaries to outreach and train on issues that face indigenous people and open the debates to inclusion and diversity. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology from the University of Montreal (Canada).
Maxime Feraille

Maxime specializes in advanced project management techniques and develops digital data and data extraction tools. He is extremely well versed in leadership and management experience, both agile and lean. Trained as an engineer, he has enhanced both his project management and interpersonal-cum-intercultural communication abilities, through a diversity of professional experiences, including diplomacy.
He holds a Ph.D. in microelectronics from Lyon Engineering School (France).
Rahmat Shazi

Rahmat’s work focuses on Social Capital Data Analysis. He was a Principal Consultant with Strand Aerospace overseeing the delivery of business streams which include Research Management, Training, and Technology Adoption leveraging on Social Capital Data Analysis. He is currently on the Industry Advisory Panel of 10 Malaysian universities. He holds a Ph.D. in Business from the University of Queensland (Australia).
